Our Exciting Opportunity:
This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations for Core CS domain (MSS, HLR, HSS, MGW, SBG, IMS) . This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
You will:
Configuration and Maintenance of existing client infrastructure in circuit switch domain: MSC, HLR, HSS, MGW, SBG
Ticketing activity: process, analysis and comprehensive solution for difficulties/problems received from clients Service Desk
Comprehensive dialog with other partners in telecommunication domain: local and international.
Alarm management in case of escalation from shift team. Co-working with vendors and local/global support teams.
Participation in projects: integration of new technologies and hardware.
