Safety assitance

A USA Trucking Company is looking for Safety Assistant for a trucking company.

Our requirements are:
- Experience in the transportation Safety Department and Pro Transport software is PLUS but we can train the right candidate;
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills;
- Strong attention to details;
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills:
- Strong computer skills;
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form ( English, Romanian, Russian is a plus);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pro Transport (we can train if no experience)
- Be organized, innovative, positive, and motivated;

The position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Prepare the driver qualification file during the onboarding process;
2. Monitor the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and ensure DOT Drug & Alcohol program is compliant with DOT regulations
3. Monitoring CSA Basic Scores
4. Maintaining Equipment Files up-to-date
5. Handle Monthly Maintenance Reports

We offer a competitive salary based on experience from $500.00-$2000.00
